This month we are celebrating freedom; freedom as it relates to food, our favorite subject! You have the freedom to create healthy meals that taste good and make you feel good. If you are a bit hesitant to dive into cooking and following recipes seems a bit daunting, we’ve got an easy way to start creating healthy dishes; it’s called our BYO Menu, that stands for “Build Your Own”, we give you an amazing array of ingredients to choose from, and you create your very own meal.
How to Make Healthy Mexican Food
Our ingredients are all plant-based and we source fresh vegetables to make our amazing Latin inspired dishes. We like to refer to our dishes as Mexican with a twist. The twist being, all of our ingredients are plant-based, which helps you make healthy Mexican food. Take a look at some of the unique ingredients available to help you create your own masterpiece (we are pretty sure that these do not make the list at every burrito bar!)

The best part of building your own meals is, you get to pick the ingredients you prefer; spice it up, go for mellow, add a sauce, leave off the onions, you get to decide. We make building tacos fun, try some of these ingredients when you are creating your #TacoTuesday
